1. Will you attend the walk through the historical city center of Nitra? (free)


2. Will you attend the farewell dinner on 23th of June 2018? (not included in the fees) Approx. cost: 20€
Location: Svätoplukova 918/2, 949 01 Nitra-Zobor, Slovakia (500m from the Conference Site)


3. Will you attend the one day trip in the region of Nitra on June 24th 2018? (Departure time: 09:00 am, return: 7:30 pm) Fee for the trip: 20€, lunch in a local restaurant on own expenses for about 20€






Cancelling regulations: The conference fees cannot be refunded after May 30th 2018.



PAYMENT of FEES

  1. Conference fee: General: 130 €, Students: 30 €.
  2. The fee includes all lunches, dinners and coffee breaks during both days of the conference. The fees for the day trip in the region of Nitra: 20 €
Total fees: Trip + conference: 150 € / 50 € (Students)

Please notice that PhD students are normal full paying participants. Please feel free to contact the organization of the conference for financial support for the traveling and conference costs.
