The emergence of non-native varieties: the case of Mozambican Portuguese (Inês Machungo)

Prof. Dr Inês Machungo (Universidade Eduardo Mondlane, Mozambique) accepted our invitation to hold a keynote at our conference. Her research interests lie amongst others in Morphology, Lexicology and Terminology, Linguistic Change. She is currently working on the Dicionário de Português de Moçambique.

Language diversity, pluricentricity, and iconisation in North Africa and its diaspora (Mena B. Lafkioui)

Prof. Dr Mena B. Lafkioui (Ecole des hautes études en sciences sociales – CNRS/LIER-FYT, France) accepted our invitation to hold a keynote at our conference. Her research interests lie amongst others in Arabic dialectology, African Arabic, Linguistic geography of Africa, Berber linguistics, geolinguistics, and sociolinguistics.
